Cooking Camp for kids ages 6-10 hosted by Handstand Kids cookbook author Yvette Garfield. This week long camp will take kids around the world by introducing them to Italian, Mexican and Chinese cooking along with an introduction to the language and culture of each country so kid chefs can learn vocabulary and simple phrases as they cook. In each 2 hour class children will put on their chef hats and create culinary delights to feast on at the end of class.

We are pleased to introduce the first cooking class series at Totz Only, hosted by the Handstand Kids Cookbook Company.

Through the Handstand Kids, children are able to easily relate to food, culture, language, and preparation of recipes with a varying degree of difficulty. Each class, the children will put on their chef hat and create a culinary delight to feast on at the end of class. The class takes the kids "Around the World" by introducing them to Italian, Mexican, and Chinese cooking along with an introduction to the language of the focus country so kid chefs can learn vocabulary and simple phrases as they cook.

The five Handstand Kids have diverse interests: Felix is a vegetarian, Izzy loves to cook for his diabetic sister, Ari uses her cooking skills to volunteer at kid's charities, Gabby speaks Spanish and English, and Marvin is an aspiring executive chef.

Cost of the 5-week session is $100. (Cost includes a chef hat, all necessary materials, and lunch at each session)
